By accessing or using any services provided by Digisept LTD ("Digisept", "we", "our", or "us"), including but not limited to Drawtab and LabBeam, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Digisept LTD is a Nigerian software holding company that develops and operates:

• Drawtab: Automated design tools for creators
• LabBeam: Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
• Other software products and services as we may introduce from time to time

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Be at least 18 years of age to create an account

4. Acceptable Use

For paid services:

• You agree to pay all fees according to the pricing and payment terms
• Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service
• Charges will appear as 'DIGISEPT' or product-specific identifiers

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any interruption, modification, or discontinuation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Digisept LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digisept LTD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
